Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Teamlead of People Administration to join our dynamic team at SIXT in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll lead and develop our People Admin teams across Europe, driving efficiency and innovation in HR processes to support our global HR goals. In Short

• You lead and further develop the People Admin teams across Europe.
• You provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to a decentralized 12-member team.
• You will be responsible for all administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• You implement and optimize standardized HR processes and systems.
• You ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• You completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR with initial leadership experience.
• You have a solid understanding of European labor laws.
• You have proven background in leading teams in HR administration.
• You have technical affinity with experience in HRIS systems.
• You are fluent in English, with additional European languages as a plus.
