Performance Coach - Remote

Overview

As a Performance Coach, you will inspire and support sales and service performance, helping leaders and sales advisors reach their goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.

In Short

• Motivator, trainer, and advisor for leaders and sales advisors.
• Support goal achievement and monitor individual progress.
• Work with branch managers and staff to ensure consistent sales and service execution.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching, preferably in tourism or retail.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others with empathy.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools.
• Confident presentation skills to various stakeholders.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
