Overview

As a Senior Business Partner Controlling, you will actively shape the company by creating reports and collaborating closely with management in Switzerland and Austria.

In Short

• Act as a central interface for Switzerland and Austria, conducting variance analyses.
• Manage the budget and forecasting processes in collaboration with business units.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Define and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on performance analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
