Overview

City Wide Franchise is looking for a high-performing leader to join our team as our Franchise Business Performance Coach (FBC) in our Lenexa corporate office. FBCs support franchise owners in operational areas including business planning, P&L management, B2B sales strategy, marketing, and human resources.

In Short

• Support 10-15 City Wide franchisees throughout the U.S.
• Foster positive relationships with franchisee owners and their teams.
• Maintain a productive schedule of in-person visits and phone calls.
• Support franchisee revenue growth and profitability.
• Influence franchise owners to follow brand and operational standards.
• Assist in workforce development and staffing.
• Consult on financial statements and yearly budgets.
• Facilitate training and performance groups.
• Travel up to 60% of the time to franchise locations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business coaching or franchise management.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and budgets.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
