General Estimator - Remote

Overview

As a full-time General Estimator at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our Fleet Maintenance operations, ensuring every estimate is accurate and every process runs smoothly.

In Short

• Support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates.
• Manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions for accuracy.
• Liaise with rental locations for feedback and coaching on approvals.
• Maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors.
• Analyze vendor performance and provide management with reviews.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in repair estimation.
• Experience using Mitchell Cloud Estimating or similar software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant associate’s degree.
• Skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
