Estimator / General Admin - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Contracts & Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting estimates, assisting with contract administration, and providing general administrative support.

In Short

• Prepare and submit accurate quotes and estimates for projects.
• Assist with lead qualification and follow-up on inquiries.
• Support sales and production teams by providing timely cost data and documentation.
• Enter and track invoices against project budgets.
• Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Support contract documentation and communications with stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and office organization.
• Provide general support to the management team as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in estimating, contracts administration, or a similar administrative role.
• Experience completing detailed take-offs/quantities for projects.
• Strong understanding of concrete project workflows.
• Ability to prepare detailed BOQs for projects.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
