Overview

Join our international Customer Service & Sales Team as an English-speaking Customer Service Agent and help us deliver a premium experience for our customers.

In Short

  • 100% fully remote work with a night-shift schedule from 8pm to 8am.
  • First point of contact for customers regarding bookings, rental agreements, and complaints.
  • Assist customers via phone and email in using the online booking systems.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player who enjoys working in international teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Motivated and customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability for night shifts from 8pm to 8am.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle challenging customers professionally.
  • Organizational and communicative talent.
  • Team spirit and appreciation for teamwork.
  • Experience with MS Office.
