Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, with government agency experience, to oversee SIXGEN’s IC portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing program lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing program performance to achieve customer and company objectives. You will be expected to collaborate and work with all levels of leadership and across teams throughout the program management process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal programs including managing IC customer relationships, contracts, and program schedules, deliverables, staffing, and financials. You will be responsible for understanding and meeting all contract requirements, providing monthly financial updates, and briefing quarterly program management reviews.

In Short

• Serve as the Program Manager for multiple IC customer contracts and associated task orders
• Oversee and monitor program performance, schedule, deliverables, and operating costs
• Ensure proper utilization of workforce, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment
• Forecast and monitor monthly labor hours and ODC/travel expenditures
• Coordinate with finance team to analyze program financial health
• Coordinate with contracts team to review contract modifications
• Establish and maintain frequent customer contact
• Provide leadership and positive attitude to assigned staff
• Review and approve staff timesheets and monthly invoices
• Assist with recruiting efforts for open positions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related discipline
• Five or more years’ experience as a program manager
• Knowledgeable of FAR and DFARS guidelines
• Direct experience coordinating and reporting completion of deliverables
• Complete understanding of contract cost and pricing principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of various computer programs
• US Citizen is required
• Experience with Unanet preferred
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
