Red Team Operator - Senior Level - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Red Team Operator - Senior Level to join our growing team. This role resides in our Delivery team and reports to the Program Manager who owns the account. This position is located on a customer site in Washington, D.C. with a 10% travel requirement.

• Conduct research and assessments based on real-world threats.
• Simulate adversaries and malicious actors.
• Report actionable findings on critical assets and infrastructures.
• Advise mission owners to bring rapid solutions.
• Predict and overcome cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Mentor junior and mid-level operators.
• Deliver technical red team reports and briefings.
• Work with penetration testing and red teaming software frameworks.
• Engage in cloud and multi-tenant environments.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of direct red team operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in red team operations.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing software.
• Experience developing payloads that bypass A/V and EDR solutions.
• CRTO certification required.
• OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, GXPN, and/or GPEN preferred.
• Experience performing engagements on cloud environments.
