Red Team Operator - Senior - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Red Team Operator - Senior Level to join our growing team. This role resides in our Delivery team and reports to the Program Manager who owns the account. This position will be mostly remote with some travel.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Minimum 6 years of direct red team operations experience.
• CRTO certification required.
• Experience with penetration testing software frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years direct, hands-on technical red team experience.
• Minimum 2 years technical red team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing software frameworks.
• Experience developing payloads that bypass A/V and EDR solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior operators on red team tradecraft.
• Experience delivering technical red team reports and briefings.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and *NIX-based operating systems.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, PowerShell.
• Experience with technical writing.
• Eligible to obtain a public trust clearance.
