Overview

We are looking for a native/fluent German speaking Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will work with customers at all stages of their lifecycle, ensuring they maximize their investment in the Sitetracker solution.

In Short

  • Work with customers from implementation to go-live.
  • Demonstrate the value of Sitetracker to customers.
  • Own customer onboarding and user adoption processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Create and execute success plans for customers.
  • Identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge.
  • Lead by example for new team members.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German.
  • Experience in customer success management.
  • Ability to align customer needs with product capabilities.
