Overview

The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts to drive customer retention and maximize value, ensuring customers become long-term advocates for Keyloop.

  • Work with Sales to develop growth and retention plans.

  • Advocate for customer needs across departments.
  • Maintain understanding of Keyloop’s products and services.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.
  • Accountable for Customer Success Plans and associated goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success Management experience.
  • Experience with Cloud Based Enterprise Software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Native or business level in Spanish.
  • Good level of English.
