Overview

As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will provide exceptional technical support and customer service to SiteMinder customers globally, utilizing your bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

In Short

  • Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional support.
  • Identify and resolve customer support and configuration requirements.
  • Log all customer issues accurately in the CRM tool.
  • Participate in product enhancement and training sessions.
  • Test compatibility of new features with existing products.
  • Provide innovative feedback to improve products and systems.
  • Keep up-to-date with technical developments.
  • Identify and improve support processes.

Requirements

  • High level of customer service and analytical skills.
  • Technical knowledge from a hotel background is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in a high-volume telephone-based environment.
  • Ability to manage remote working effectively.
