Customer Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

As our Customer Onboarding Specialist, you provide software training to our hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone. You'll use an engaging and informative style to ensure our customers understand how to use the products and benefit from all its features.

• Qualify customer requirements and prepare for product implementation.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (min. C2) and English.
• Proven customer service experience with a passion for premium customer experience.
• Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of technology.
• Goal-oriented and experienced in working towards targets.
• Experience in the hotel industry or SaaS is a plus.
