Sirona Medical is seeking a Head of Client & Internal Enablement to build a strategic learning function focused on client onboarding and internal training, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of radiologists.

Requirements

• 10+ years in client enablement or learning & development.
• Experience building enablement infrastructure from scratch.
• Expertise in designing education for healthcare SaaS users.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Background in healthcare SaaS preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical compliance and radiology workflows.
• Experience with adaptive learning and AI-based tools.
