Technical Safety Manager – Focus on Fire Protection & Risk Management - Remote

Overview

We are looking for reinforcement in the area of fire protection for our real estate portfolio. You should have strong management skills, a passionate hands-on mentality, and a high level of organizational ability. The task is to strategically build and sustainably ensure fire protection management nationwide. This position will work closely with our internal stakeholders and be primarily responsible for all fire protection-related operational topics.

In Short

• Identification and documentation of the current status in fire protection based on due diligence checks during acquisition.
• Development and continuous updating of Capex needs for efficient planning of fire protection investments.
• Close collaboration with local authorities to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Establishment and monitoring of a reporting system for transparent planning and implementation of fire protection measures.
• Coordination with Heads of Operations for uniform implementation of fire protection measures across all locations.
• Creation and presentation of concepts for standardized and strategic development of fire protection across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree with a focus on construction/real estate or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in real estate portfolio management with a focus on fire protection.
• Solid knowledge in Health & Safety and further training in fire protection.
• Experience in project management, especially in the control and monitoring of fire protection measures.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form.
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills to successfully advance fire protection projects.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
