Overview

The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the conceptual and structural development of a part of our real estate portfolio, focusing on commercial properties.

• Conduct procurement negotiations independently and professionally.

Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project management of commercial properties with a focus on construction execution.
• Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Very good knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and proficient use of MS Excel.
• Solid knowledge of building law (building application and approval procedures) and fire protection regulations.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decisiveness.
