Senior Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal advice on real estate matters, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance within the Sirius Group.

In Short

• Provide legal consulting for the Sirius Group's departments on lease and real estate matters.
• Negotiate lease contracts and draft real estate-related agreements.
• Draft corporate law contracts within the Sirius Group.
• Provide legal support for real estate purchases and sales in Germany.
• Support financing measures for the Sirius Group.
• Handle day-to-day legal inquiries independently.
• Manage out-of-court correspondence.
• Oversee court proceedings and coordinate external lawyers.
• Experience in compliance management is a plus.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with corporate experience; law firm experience is an advantage.
• Experience in construction law, real estate lease agreements, and corporate housekeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Business-minded with a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
