Overview

As a Senior Counsel at Sentient, you will take on myriad responsibilities across all areas of the business, engaging with senior executives, cross-functional business leaders, and high-profile external counterparties.

• Advise on all legal matters, especially corporate and product-related issues.
• Draft and negotiate bespoke agreements for products and collaborations.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from a top-tier law school and admission to a state bar.
• 5 years of experience at a reputable law firm or in-house.
• Superior negotiation and drafting skills.
• Strong skills in managing compliance across regions.
• Excellent academic credentials and references.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
