Overview

This role involves supporting the back office operations in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on customer interaction and administrative tasks.

In Short

• Scheduling appointments with service providers for repair offers.
• Processing offers and invoices using Webbox/Axxerion.
• Handling mail for virtual office tenants.
• Initial contact for tenant inquiries.
• Independently scheduling and conducting MyLager spaces during tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Preparing handover protocols.
• Scheduling the return of rental spaces.

Requirements

• Student of business administration or a comparable field.
• Interest in real estate with some knowledge in the field.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Outlook.
• High level of initiative, curiosity, engagement, teamwork, and social skills.
• Mobility, flexibility, and willingness to work on-site 4-5 days a week.
