• Independent scheduling and execution of property handovers during tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Appointment scheduling with tenants
• Creating and filling out handover protocols

• Creating internal documents for the approval of measures

Requirements

• Student of business administration or a comparable field
• Interest in real estate management with possible prior knowledge
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel & SAP
• High degree of initiative, curiosity, and commitment, as well as teamwork and social competence
