SPCTR. is an external in-house agency for online marketing. This means that we are not just a classic agency, but see ourselves as part of our clients' teams. We are a founder-led, dynamic startup with flat hierarchies and a lot of creative freedom. Our goal is to enable data-driven and precise digital marketing. Currently, we are optimizing our own external presentation on LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website – for this, we are looking for a committed and creative working student to support our social media management.

In Short

Creation and editing of social media content (images, videos, stories) for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Processing of materials (e.g., images or videos from team activities) and creative design using Canva.
Maintenance and organization of the content plan.
Support in community management (comments, messages).
Creation of simple graphics or short videos with Canva and CapCut.
Assistance in maintaining website texts and blog articles in interdisciplinary collaboration with teams.
Contributions and assistance in developing our communication strategy.

Requirements

Enrolled student in marketing, communication, media, or a similar field of study.
First experiences in social media management (e.g., through internships or personal projects).
Creativity and a sense for appealing visual content.
Ideally experience with Canva, Adobe Express, and CapCut or similar tools.
Reliability, initiative, and quick comprehension.
Flexibility and ability to take on spontaneous tasks.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms as well as a basic understanding of performance marketing.
