We are a small, agile team based in Berlin-Neukölln, working across the globe. At Container Love, we collaborate with visionary LGBTQIA+ voices to create bold, boundary-pushing content and brand experiences that uplift queer culture. We work with brands and agencies to craft campaigns that don’t just stand out – they change perspectives, build connections, and spark cultural change. Our work celebrates diversity and queer visibility across all formats and platforms.

In Short

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to grow our community.
• Plan and schedule content across all platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Actively engage with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, creators, and collaborators within the LGBTQIA+ space.
• Create content with our Love Talents for leading brands and beyond.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative content ideas and campaigns.

Requirements

• You’re a student in Social Media Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passionate about community building and online engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills for content planning.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
• An understanding of and respect for the queer community and culture is essential.
