Business Analyst Real Estate - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating, updating, and analyzing business plans for real estate properties, conducting post-investment analyses, and collaborating closely with the acquisitions team.

In Short

• Creation, updating, and analysis of business plans for properties
• Post-investment analyses and yield assessments for property viewings
• Preparation of semi-annual and annual reports on Capex investments
• Ad-hoc analyses for CIO, CFO, and Business Planning Manager
• Support during annual property viewings
• Close collaboration with the acquisitions team

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate or Financial Analysis
• Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent training
• Solid knowledge in Business and Financial Analysis
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus
• Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and conceptual strength
• Independent data analysis and presentation, including for the CFO
• Open to new challenges, curious, and engaged
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel (quarterly)
