Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be the first point of contact for candidates, actively shaping their candidate journey through personal or virtual interviews, identifying future employees for properties across Germany and selected roles in the UK.

• Act as the primary contact for candidates and shape their candidate journey.
• Collaborate closely with departments and leaders in Sales, Operations, and Development to create job profiles and develop recruitment strategies.
• Develop, plan, and implement recruiting strategies.
• Utilize traditional recruiting channels and direct approaches via business networks like Xing and LinkedIn.
• Organize and participate in recruiting events to build a talent pipeline.
• Participate in global recruiting projects and manage own projects.

Requirements

• Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or direct search.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Passion for talent acquisition and innovative HR marketing activities.
• Organizational and coordination skills, able to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of HR software Personio is a plus.
• Strong understanding of governance, confidentiality, and discretion.
