Collections Management Employee (Everyone is Welcome) - Remote

Overview

The Collections Management Employee will be responsible for managing outstanding receivables, communicating with tenants to resolve arrears, and collaborating with property managers across Germany.

In Short

• Independent handling of open receivables
• Initial phone contact with delinquent tenants to clarify arrears and develop individual payment plans
• Clarification of tenant accounts and handling inquiries or complaints
• Maintenance and updating of debtor and contract master data
• Close collaboration with property managers throughout Germany

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or real estate management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good SAP FI knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in finance/accounting, ideally accounts receivable accounting
• Analytical thinking and good numerical understanding
• Independent working style, assertive, and communicative
• Team player
