Overview

The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition for Professional Staff is responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting for permanent and temporary business staff positions across the US offices.

In Short

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for various business departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans.
  • Build candidate pipelines by sourcing candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and notes on candidates.
  • Work closely with HR team and internal clients.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Negotiate salary ranges and offers with candidates.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Experience recruiting for Finance and Accounting positions preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
