Overview

The Assistant Manager, Business Development – Corporate – Latin America is responsible for supporting the Firm’s global business development initiatives focused on the Latin America market.

In Short

  • Support business development initiatives across the Latin America practice.
  • Conduct research and analysis about clients, competitors, and markets.
  • Maintain website content and marketing materials.
  • Assist in drafting pitches and responses to RFPs.
  • Manage directory submissions and survey responses.
  • Coordinate Firm-sponsored events and presentations.
  • Build strong relations with key stakeholders.
  • Support various Business Development projects as needed.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years as a practicing attorney, or 5 years of Business Development experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and web-based research.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience with Content Pilot and CRM systems preferred.
  • Cultural familiarity with Latin America and Spanish or Portuguese language ability is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Major in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
