Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Product Design Lead to take ownership of our app’s end-to-end design experience and design system. This is a player-coach role in which you will be a part of one product-engineering team and work hands-on with that team on various projects, while also managing and mentoring a small team of product designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in modern UX, UI, and interaction design.
• Strong grasp of technical possibilities.
• Experience building and maintaining a design system.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• 2+ years of experience leading product designers.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
