As a Customer Success Manager, Strategic at Similarweb, you will leverage your industry expertise and knowledge of Similarweb’s solutions to drive continuous value for international accounts.

  • Manage long-term customer relationships with 10-20 international accounts.
  • Understand client challenges and business priorities to drive data adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales and account managers to develop strategies.
  • Consult with stakeholders on product engagement and data adoption.
  • Create and deliver client workshops and training sessions.
  • Analyze customer data adoption and market trends.
  • Contribute to the global Client & Employee Success organization.
  • Provide strategic input to enhance sales and account management.
  • Identify opportunities for content recycling for marketing.
  • Participate in internal education sessions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Passion for digital marketing and trends.
  • Experience producing client-facing materials.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Similarweb is a plus.
  • Consulting experience across industries is a plus.
