As a Payroll Specialist, reporting to the US Controller, you will manage the full payroll process from preparation, records maintenance, and monthly financial reporting for the Company employees across the United States. You will help shape the payroll function of Silverfort, a rapidly growing company.

In Short

• Perform end to end semi-monthly payroll processing for US employees across multiple states.
• Ensure payroll practices adhere to applicable labor laws.
• Perform periodic audits of payroll data.
• Design and implement process improvements to the payroll process.
• Ensure benefit deductions and tax withholdings are accurate.
• Lead monthly financial reporting related to payroll.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related questions.
• Exercise confidentiality regarding payroll information.
• Perform Year-End Payroll processing activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the US Controller.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 7+ years progressive payroll experience.
• ADP Workforce Now is a MUST.
• NetSuite experience is a big plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
• High-tech industry experience is advantageous.
