In Short

• Conduct expert telephone consultations with customers, particularly regarding regulated products (especially biocidal products).
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle organizational tasks in the back office, including order processing and communication with logistics providers.
• Possess the necessary qualifications for pest control product distribution.
• Experience in telephone customer contact, e.g., in hardware stores, garden centers, or as a pest control specialist.
• Friendly and empathetic communication skills.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Basic digital skills.
• 100% remote work from anywhere in Germany.

Requirements

• Certification in plant protection (distribution) or completed training as a pest controller.
• Preferably completed training for the distribution of biocidal products.
• Experience in customer contact.
• Empathetic communication skills.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Fluent in German.
• Basic digital skills.
