In Short

  • Seeking a driven Account Manager with experience in the concrete industry.
  • Focus on the transport and prefab concrete market in South Netherlands.
  • Regularly visit leading producers to analyze needs and advise on Sika products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate on marketing and sales strategies, manage account plans, and follow up on offers.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in the concrete industry, preferably in a commercial or technical role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain customer relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with sales tools like Outlook and Salesforce, or willingness to learn quickly.
