Overview

The Senior Regional Sales Account Representative is responsible for developing and selling automation solutions, focusing on the StorFast ASRS products. This role involves collaboration with various teams and requires significant travel across the Americas.

• Develop and sell the complete line of Global Automation Line.
• Conduct site visits to determine equipment solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and economic justifications.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities using CRM.

• Mentor and coach new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industrial equipment sales experience.
• Proven sales capabilities in large capital equipment projects.
• Experience with AS/RS and warehouse automation.
• Strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude.
• Proficient in CRM and PowerBI.
• Strong technology skills for customer engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage processes and strategic planning.
• Leadership experience in sales training preferred.
