Commercial Counsel - Remote

Overview

As Commercial Counsel at Signifyd, you will be responsible for a wide variety of complex legal, business and strategic matters, supporting our business clients to structure, draft and negotiate vendor agreements.

Requirements

• JD degree, with admission to a state bar.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial law or technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating contracts independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player who values collaboration.
