Overview

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling Sigma Squared’s innovative solutions to Law Enforcement clients. In our dynamic startup environment, you’ll need to be a self-starter with a passion for solving customer challenges, creating your own direction, and thriving with minimal infrastructure.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate enterprise accounts
  • Independently identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities
  • Understand the challenges faced by Talent and HR leaders, and position our solutions to address their specific needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing, with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline, create sales materials, and track performance metrics
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer success and deliver on client expectations
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights to refine your approach

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Law Enforcement sales, particularly with a focus on sales to agency executives
  • Proven success in a self-directed role, particularly within a startup or resource-constrained environment
  • A strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) for pipeline management and reporting
  • Deep understanding of Talent Optimization and HR technology trends is a plus
  • A problem-solving mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Bonus points if you have worked for an early-stage startup
