Senior Java/Kotlin Engineer with Android Development Experience - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Java/Kotlin Engineer with a background in Android development. As part of an innovative team, you’ll dive deep into the inner workings of the Android system and help deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade features based on product requirements.

• Deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade features according to product requirements
• Collaborate closely with the support and product management teams, as well as other teams within the mobile group
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in mobile development and the accessibility ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java/Kotlin
• Background in Android development with the ability to perform high-quality research of the Android internals
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Espresso and Appium
• Strong understanding of Android UI frameworks: Jetpack Compose, XMLs, and WebViews
• Familiarity with SDK development and integration
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Experience with dependency management tools such as Gradle, Maven, and Jfrog
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
