Overview

The Senior Sales Manager for the Grocery Channel will leverage extensive experience in consumer packaged goods to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth within the West region.

  • Manage key accounts for distribution gains and effective programming.

  • Cultivate relationships with brokers, distributors, and brand partners.
  • Achieve revenue targets and support new item launches.
  • Track sales metrics and represent retail business in the region.
  • Collaborate on shopper marketing programs with internal teams.
  • Attend trade shows and represent the company at industry events.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% for business needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods sales.
  • Sales experience within grocery channels in the US is preferred.
  • Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and trade management.
  • Existing relationships with retail/grocery, brokers, and distributors.
  • Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (SPINS, Nielsen/IRI, etc.).
