  • At least 3 years as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • Expertise with Lever and LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing skills for developing pitches.
  • Critical eye for identifying top talent.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Candidate-first mentality.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic.
