• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to gather role requirements.
• Develop and implement advertising strategies to attract candidates.
• Source potential candidates on major and niche platforms.
• Phone screen candidates for cultural and role fit.
• Own candidate relationships and maintain a high close rate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry.
• At least 3 years as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Expertise with Lever and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing skills for developing pitches.
• Critical eye for identifying top talent.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Successful track record of achieving targets.
• Candidate-first mentality.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Self-starter with an incredible work ethic.
