In Short

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with leaders across various departments to identify skill gaps.
• Translate process changes into effective training content.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Maintain compliance training cycles in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Collaborate with People Ops on company-wide learning initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness using data and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training and development roles.
• Proven success in designing and delivering training programs.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience.
• Familiarity with claims operations or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Demonstrated analytical capability to measure training impact.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
