Overview

As one of our Player Support Advocates, you will be an ambassador for our brand and your role will be to provide world-class support to gamers and loyal customers. You should be passionate about customer service, confidently calm, technically minded, and have a pro-active and positive "can do" attitude.

In Short

  • Provide world-class support to gamers and customers.
  • Work remotely with full training provided.
  • Part-time role, 30 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for games and customer service.
  • Technical support experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team structure.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work UK hours.
  • Experience in QA or LQA is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
