Showpo is an Australian owned, global, social media led ecommerce brand, redefining fashion retail for the new generation. We are seeking casual Customer Happiness Agents who are customer obsessed to join our team.

In Short

• Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction rate across all channels
• Follow up high risk orders with customers
• Maintain multiple channels for customer communication: email, social media and website
• Handle customer returns and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
• Continued development and improvement of customer service
• Maintenance of google spreadsheets in conjunction with warehouse personnel to monitor service levels

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience with Zendesk/email/chat support
