Overview

Naked Wines is looking for some Customer Happiness Team, Seasonal Agents to help during their busiest time of year.

In Short

• Seasonal employment from September 2025 to February 2026.
• Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday (8–5 PST on weekends, 9–6 PST on weekdays).
• $18.81/hour + monthly bonus + $50 wine allowance.
• Focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
• Handle customer interactions through email, phone, and live chat.
• Maintain high customer ratings (90% or higher 5-star ratings).
• Work in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Help turn tricky situations into great customer experiences.
• Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
• Must love being on the phone and computer most of the day.
