Showpad, a global leader in Enablement solutions, is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist (Design & Content) to help us elevate GTM performance — both internally and for our clients worldwide. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the gatekeeper of content governance, a creative powerhouse for enablement resources, and a champion of streamlined processes. Whether designing training programs, coordinating onboarding sessions, or crafting compelling content, your contributions will directly enhance our revenue teams’ effectiveness.

In Short

  • Own the curation and development of the GTM weekly newsletter.
  • Coordinate periodic content audits on Showpad.
  • Enforce branding and content governance standards.
  • Develop and deliver training for Showpad admins and content contributors.
  • Support the Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager.
  • Act as a key liaison in the Showpad-on-Showpad steering committee.
  • Advocate for the internal use of Showpad.
  • Design Showpad graphic elements.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Enablement content.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of other sales Enablement tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or Marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
  • Hands-on experience with Enablement tools like Showpad, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.
