Overview

Shippo is seeking an exceptional Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Engineering Leadership team. This role is responsible for enhancing developer experience, site reliability, product security, and executing cross-organizational programs.

In Short

• Drive initiatives to improve developer workflows and productivity.
• Lead optimization of CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Partner with SRE teams to strengthen service reliability.
• Coordinate security program rollouts across engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience on software teams as Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, or TPM.
• 6+ years in a TPM role.
• B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Discipline.
• Experience with end-to-end complex technical programs.
• Excellent writing skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Experience in large engineering organizations.
• Understanding of system flows and APIs.
