As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will be part of a growing sales team in the UK, focusing on building relationships with medium-sized ecommerce merchants and driving new business.

  • Qualify prospects and sell ShipBob’s value propositions effectively.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients.
  • Maintain a clean sales pipeline and CRM notes for accurate forecasting.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve the sales process.
  • Identify local nuances to enhance processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 18 months of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in the eCommerce fulfillment or tech space.
  • Strong teamwork and motivational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales positions.
  • Ability to understand client needs and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Excel and CRM software.
