Overview

The Head of Operations & Business Support will manage and continuously improve all aspects of operations for Horizon Distribution, focusing on after-sales operations for online booking platforms and content management.

In Short

• Manage implementation, support & PMO teams across different regions.
• Identify areas of operational & technical optimization.
• Support the Managing Director in business administration tasks.
• Some travel is required, approximately 4 times a year.
• Experience in hotel distribution industry is essential.
• Strong communication skills and customer engagement are required.
• Technical experience in API integrations is necessary.
• Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
