Overview

As the Head of Business Operations, you will develop, implement, and optimize the operational backbone of the company, ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations or management consulting.
• Proven ability to design and implement operating systems.
• Exceptional financial and operational modeling skills in Excel.
• Experience working with executive teams.
• Strong background in strategic planning and organizational scaling.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred.
• Familiarity with robotics or healthcare technology is a plus.
