Product Designer - Growth (German Speaker) - Remote

We’re looking for a Product Designer – Growth to collaborate with in delivering smart, data-driven designs that make a real difference.

You’ll work across the entire funnel, from landing pages to checkout flows, focusing on improving conversion, reducing friction, and modernizing experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves experimenting, thrives on collaboration, and wants to see their work go live fast. If you’re someone who can balance data with creativity, and business needs with user experience, we want to hear from you!

In Short

• Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing to improve funnels and create impactful user flows.
• Design and iterate quickly, testing ideas and improving designs without overthinking.
• Focus on optimizing user journeys, including checkout flows and landing pages.
• Align work with Shiftmove’s CI and design system for consistency.
• Own projects and see ideas through to execution.
• Engage in cross-functional design, including brand and print work.

Requirements

• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with metrics.
• Experience with user-facing products, balancing speed and quality.
• Strong skills in UX, UI, and product design, with a relevant portfolio.
• Excellent collaborative communication skills.
• T-shaped skills, with additional experience in motion design or print.
• Fluent in German and English.
