In Short

• Primary point of contact for institutional clients.
• Respond to inquiries about trading exchange products.
• Monitor and troubleshoot digital assets infrastructure.
• Handle issues involving trading platform performance.
• Assist with KYC/KYT integrations and transactions.
• Work flexible hours with a requirement for weekend shifts.
• Technical knowledge of cryptocurrency and trading concepts.
• Experience with MetaTrader platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Opportunity to code small monitoring scripts.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy with a passion for trading systems technology.
• Detail-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions and trading.
• Experience in software development or QA testing is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
